Director, HR Systems

Successfully guided integration of IronPlanet and Ritchie Bros HR and payroll systems. This effort included moving IronPlanet employees to Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Oracle EBS and ADP Payroll as well as bolt-on Fusion ATS and EPM.

Provided Monthly People Analytics reporting with a focus on headcount, turnover, FTE costs, and trends at multiple organizational levels.

Established a roadmap to the future including a set of quick wins such as report expansion to HRBPs as well as longer term plans to modify highly customized portions of Oracle positions, hierarchy, locations. When complete the reduction in customization is expected to save upwards of 25 hours of HRIS and HRBP time monthly. This simplifies the system laying the groundwork for the future.

UlitPro: Reconfigured Benefits and Compensation to better match with payroll and company goals; Implemented Performance Management, Compensation Planning and increased usage of Workflow. Developed custom reporting for Workers Comp and other audits, an automated ETL used to drive Active Directory updates of hires/rehires and terminations. Administered ACA, EEO-1 and VETS 4212 reporting via delivered functionality. Leveraged UltiPro to support the due diligence phase of both an IPO track as well as an acquisition and integration effort.
