Senior Program Manager implementing enterprise wide transformation and efficiency projects as well as leading efforts to build and maintain PMO process and procedures in parallel. Managed multiple projects not relating to the core banking transformation to maintain other systems that required upgrades.

Setup and Manage Governance process for all projects. Setup committee to review project requests as well as communicate and prioritize strategic initiatives. Develop Communications protocols from PMO and IT Management to the bank for projects and ongoing initiatives. Acted as point person for all project intake, approvals and process inquiries. Setup budget approval process with CFO and CTO.

Assist/Support new PMO head with building new PMO at Bank Leumi. Develop governance, tools and policies and procedures for PMO. Create new PMO Charter and 12-18month PMO roadmap.

Implement PPM tool (Daptiv) and procedures for project reporting. Produce monthly metrics for senior management.

Produced weekly metrics and data for executive reports on projects out of Daptiv PPM tool.

Managed rollout of PPM tool Daptiv, including vendor selection process.

Managed Implementation of Finance Efficiency Initiatives. Implementing Call Reporting Software to create efficiencies for the quarterly call report process and implementing new bank reconciliation tool (IntelleMiatch)

Manage replacement of Asset Liability Management System for Treasury including vendor selection and recommendation to CEO. Managed vendor contract and implementation scheduled for June 2018. This was a $650,000 implementation and a 12-18 month project.

Managed implementation of credit risk reporting project to re-write existing system into new technology (Qlikview). This will also include enhancements to the credit risk reporting function with additional reports and analytical dashboards. When completed, it will provide the credit risk department business efficiencies so they can provide other services they do not do today for the bank.

Managing SWIFT Customer Controls project. Self-Assessment and remediation in progress.

Implemented upgrades to the invoicing and T&E Expense system (Concur) as well as interfaces from the Concur application to the Accounts payable system. In addition implemented upgrades to the CIBAR (System used for Letters of Credit) and Paragon (Accounting system used for Investment trading) to be ready as part of Core Banking Program.

Setup and Manage vendor management process to review and prioritize issues and project requests

Managed Core Banking Replacement Development efforts, all bank-wide Custom Reporting, PeopleSoft implementation (which includes General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Asset Management Modules) and implementation of additional programs to enhance applications to take advantage of the new core systems; This is part of full core banking systems replacement being driven by IBS (vendor) with planned delivery date of May, 2016 for Phase 1. This program was a $30 million dollar program. Managed Credit Risk Reporting and other application upgrades for core banking transformation.

As part of Core Banking, managed a team to define new hierarchy for system setup, and reporting. This involved taking many different systems and various hierarchies and creating one overall structure that will be used bank wide in the future.

Delivered Oracle General Ledger as part of Financial Systems replacement - successfully implemented on time and on scope on Sept 1, 2013. This was part of a $15 million dollar program.

IT Life Products - Senior Project Delivery Manager

Senior Project Delivery Manager developing and implementing projects for the Life Products business. Manage all projects from high level requirements through project closure. Perform all budgeting and resource planning, as well as project monitoring in HP PPM. Use Project Management methods as laid out by the Project Management Institute and CMMI Level 3 processes

Delivered project for straight through processing for 3 separate vendor applications (2 hosted, I internal) on time and on budget. This is part of overall program and was very widely received. This included the delivered project for providing Mobile Device Support for AEGIS application, project for Performance Reporting for AEGIS application that included foundation for business intelligence and delivered project for conversion of older products to AEGIS from older illustration system. This was a $4.5 million dollar program.

Managed and delivered program for enhancements to .NET AEGIS application on several workstreams – which include Straight through Processing, Mobile Device Support, Performance Reporting, moving products from older illustrations system and a SQL2008 upgrade. This 2.5 M project started in June and completes in June of 2013 with multiple deliveries.

Managed all consulting resources for proposal efforts for all projects. This includes ensuring that all projects are properly staffed and allocations are current. Have initiated pro-active planning for all 2011 projects that are in the budget of these resources.

Managed Project for .NET upgrade project of vendor (WELIS) product – AEGIS – for the Illustration software for the Life Products. This is replacing a .COM system as well as adding additional functionality. The initial phase of the project went live in August, 2011.
