Worked in team responsible for the development of accurate (10cm) distance measurement equipment based on ultra wideband signal for obstructed indoor environments. Personal responsibilities included prototype development incorporating signal processing, circuit board development (using Eagle PCB software), soldering, and extensive component research. Functional results were analyzed using Excel Macro Functions. Error sizes were further visualized graphically. Functionality was verified in relationship to external coordinates. Responsibilities included application of multi-lateration principle on 2D and 3D applications. Work resulted in effectively first generation prototype.

Lead of Audio Amplifier Project Feb. 2012 – Jan. 2013

Audio Electric Engineering, East Lansing, MI

Responsible for selection and customization of audio amplifiers for a wide variety of applications including guitar pedals, smartphones, MP3 players, tablets and other small audio devices. Focused on class D amplifiers using pulse-width modulation (PWM) for analog signal approximation, appropriate for above applications. Utilized Matlab to analyze and plot the test data. Replaced critical design elements to minimize noise level.
