Concentrix is a BPO company and my accout is with Sprint. It is an American telecommunications company that provides wireless services and is an internet service provider. It is the fourth-largest mobile network operator in the United States and served 54 million customers. Being a customer service specialist, my task is to provide the best solution for the customer in terms of their bills and plans and other query the customer have with regard to their network.

I CAN READ school is a learning centre which offer a range of unique reading programs, writing programs and other literacy programs designed to establish literacy skills from the early age of about 2.5 years onwards. As a manager of the centre I was in charge of overseeing the operation of the centre, made sure all the educational supplies are complete, ensured the cleanliness and orderliness of the centre as well as safety of the students. Anawim Home For the Aged – Anawim is a small facility for poor and abandoned elderly people. Being a care giver, I provided care and support to the elderly and made sure we monitor the health and wellbeing of the patients there.
