WORK EXPERIENCE:
4.8 years of experience in maintaining the plant equipment and reduce the incidence of costly breakdowns by proper preventive maintenance plan without effecting the actual production plan of the organization.
SUMMARY OF SKILLS:
1. Ensure that incoming & Inspection to fulfill company’s requirement.

14. Monitoring and Guiding Technicians during operation and maintenance and ensuring they adopt proper safety practices during execution of job.
15. Maintain an effective intra and inter departmental communication system.
16. Ensure people involvement in improvement activities Suggestion management.
WORKING EXPERIENCE:-
Presently working as Sr.Engineer in BHUSHAN POWER & STEEL LTD., Sambalpur, Orissa in DRI process plant from 05 March 2014 to till date.
Bhushan Power & Steel Ltd. is an Integrated Steel Company, having Blast Furnace, Sinter Plant, SMS, Coke Oven, CSP CRM, WRM, Power Plant (3 x 130 MW & 1 x 100 MW & 2 x 8 MW), (500*10) TPD DRI PLANT and 4.0 mtpa pelletizing plant project.
TYPE OF JOB: Commissioning and Maintenance of all major & minor equipment of DRI process plant and related plant accessories.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - CONVEYOR BELT SECTION
Preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of total conveyor circuit (belt joint, scrapper condition, pulley shaft position).
Commissioning of idlers(carrying, return type, self-adjusting return rollers, self-adjusting carrying rollers)
Installation of gear box and its accessories to avoid it from impact damage.
Commissioning of coupling i.e. input coupling (high speed coupling) and output coupling (low speed coupling).
Alignment of both couplings specially output coupling and belt adjustment to pulley.
Proper placement of Scrapper and its roughness towards belt joint at regular interval.
Vibration Analysis and Control of gear boxes at regular interval.
kiln & cooler section
Maintenance and Commissioning of Vibrating Screen, FRL Unit, Magnetic Separator, Grease Line for kiln and cooler slip seal, Pneumatic Grease Pump, Centrifugal Pump, Wet Scrapper, etc
Maintenance of Various type of material handling equipment such as Vibro Feeder, Screw Conveyor, Bucket Elevator, Pollution Control Equipment.
Commissioning of Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems.
Vibration Analysis and Control.
Regular checking and maintenance of double pendulum valve roller and its bearings.
Preventive maintenance taken in Product house to avoid many types process related problems.
UTILITY SECTION
1.Commissioning and maintenance of tri route rotary compressors (lobe compressor).
2.Commissioning and maintenance of Centrifugal Pumps & Multi Stage Pump.
