Created custom web database solution to manage all building accounting and lease requirements. Database tracked vendors, accounting, leases and invoices for owner’s accounting management. Used ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, C#, SQL Server to track lease responsibilities and charges relevant to individual tenants.
