Created custom web database solution to manage all building accounting and lease requirements. Database tracked vendors, accounting, leases and invoices for owner’s accounting management. Used ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, C#, SQL Server to track lease responsibilities and charges relevant to individual tenants.

Planned, designed, coded and tested custom lease management application using OOP techniques and principles.

Produced annual accounting statements and reports per tenant and calculated outstanding charges and fees. Verified tenant’s adherence to lease and enforced responsibilities of lease term.

Created WinForms app with MS Access database to track all financial data including payroll, product inventory, communications and daily reporting. Created C# desktop application to insert data into database using Windows Forms. Audited financial data to determine business profit/loss in all aspects, including inventory, accounting and payroll resulting in substantially lower accounting fees.

Managed the full development lifecycle of 20+ Student Affairs departmental dynamic web sites from requirements to deployment. Met with department heads to determine web needs and focused on student-centric data-entry through the web. Dramatically reduced staff’s data-entry and decision-making responsibilities with web-based applications.

Maintained and implemented code for the university’s student course registration web system based on proprietary software (Screen Surfer). Interfaced with IBM mainframe using EntireX and presented student data over HTTP. The phone registration system was eventually replaced by the web interface.

Implemented solutions using ASP classic, VB.Net, .Net, Asp.net, C#, IIS, COM, SQL Server, MS Access, Visual Basic, HTML, and CSS. Managed projects using Microsoft Project.

Managed 4 full time web developers and a part time student. Responsible for the hiring of new employees.
