Working with THERMAX LIMITED (site-JK Lakshmi Cement Limited,Sirohi, Rajasthan) as Control room Engineer presently in 3*18 MW CPP AFBC Boiler from Oct’2015 .

About the Organization:

3x18MW Captive Power Plant, It is controlled and operated by HONEYWELL DCS.

3x18MW, 80TPH, Petcoke+Coal Fired, Under feeding Natural Circulation, AFBC Boiler make Thermax Babcock & Wilcox Ltd @ 89kg/cm2 and 510degree Celsius.

3x18MW Multi Stages, multi Bleed cum extraction condensing Turbine set make Shin Nippon Machinery Ltd Japan. with three controlled extractions (Bleed) for HPH, Deaerator and LPH.

3x18MW/0.85PF water cooled Generator make T D Power system ltd.

Turbine coupled with generator via gear box make Seisa gear Ltd Japan.

Air cooled steam condenser (ACSC) with six FRP (Fiber reinforced plastic) fan.

1 Year experience with AV Power Associate ( Site- MSP METALLIC LTD,JHARSUGUDA ODISSA) as a Boiler DCS Engineer in 25 MW CPP 1unit AFBC (Veesons- 70 TPH) & WHRB- 4 units ( Veesons -10 TPH ),4 units (HML- 12 TPH) & Turbine (Siemens 25 MW), from August 2014 to Sep 2015.

2 year’s experience as Boiler DCS Engineer in MSP METALLIC LTD JHARSUGUDA, from Aug 2011 to June 2013 in WHRB .
