CURRENT DUTIES AND

RESPONSIBILITIES

Compile the Company SHE File and to keep the SHE file updated

Draft Company SHE Plan

Assist with risk identification.

Evaluation and development of safe work procedures.

Compile Task Specific SHE Files and Task Specific SHE Plans

Conducting Task Specific Risk Assessments and Written Safe Work Procedures.

Ensure that the SHE System is enforced and maintained on the floor.

Conduct Inspections and Audits internally.

Conduct Sub-Contractor Audits.

Reviewing the Sub-Contractors SHE Files and approve them.

Assist all my Safety Officers with any work related concerns.

Provide feedback to managers regarding Safety related issues that was addressed.

Attending management meetings every day.

Chair Safety Meetings. Ensure safety meetings are held regularly and the results recorded. Lessons learned are shared at these meetings

Ensuring Health and Safety representatives conduct monthly inspections and submit the required reports.
