Working as Air Quality & Meteorology Technician for 001-T56 Project for Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu from December 2016-Present.

Job Responsibility.

Data processing, data analysis & data validation for reporting of air pollution and meteorological parameters measured by the AQ/Met network.

Review and assess the reports of stack testing, monthly Flare emission and Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) of all the point sources of plants as per RC & US EPA requirements.

Evaluation of industrial emissions through facility boundary monitoring with Royal Commission mobile FTIR air quality monitoring system for Royal Commission’s Jubail Air Monitoring Network (JAMN).

Preparation of Review reports for Flare Emission Monitoring and Continuous Emission Monitoring Reports submitted by various Industries, Rain Fall Reports & Special Investigation reports, and Emergency response reports etc.

Visit Primary Industries (Major Industries), secondary industries and support industries for Environmental inspections when required by the Royal Commission Environmental Protection and Control Department (RC-EPCD).

Preparation of Wind Rose and Pollution Rose plots using WRPLOT View.

Conducting pollutant surveys and Odor surveys in and around various industries in Jubail Industrial City using various Portable Hand-Held Analyzers and preparation of report of the same.

Coordinating with the industries and Royal commission safety department as Emergency Duty Officer for any kind of emergencies related to Air quality issues such as Odor issues, hydrocarbon releases, gas leakage, spill etc.

Witnessing the Stack test as a Royal Commission representative inside various Primary and secondary industries to ensure compliance with RC regulations.

Provide guidance and training to junior staff and student interns from various universities.

Adept in USEPA and Royal commission air quality standards.

Collection of air samples using Vacuum sample box and analyzing with portable gas analyzers as GC-MS/ GASMET to find the pollutant concentrations.
