Driving team for the completion of SCFT of new sites in 24Hrs, escalating the concerned team for the punch point rectification...Like Active alarm, incorrect antenna Ht. For High Feeder Length, Incorrect MIMO Configuration, Txn Issue for Low DL/UL Through & No Service Mode, CSFB, Reselection Issue.

Maintaining the OSS KPI stats as per Agreed VF Norms for SCFT Acceptance, KPIs like E2E CSSR, Service DCR Active –EARB, Service DCR All, Intra Freq HOSR, % Spatial Multiplexing.

Performing SSV and Cluster DT log files Optimization of LTE sites using NEMO and rectify the problems after analyzing LTE DT Log files of problematic areas.

Proposed physical optimization of the network in accordance with factors like coverage span, inter azimuth overlapping & traffic distribution etc.

Responsible to manage of various LTE KPIs of Accessibility, Retainability and Mobility Class which includes (RRC Setup success rate, ERAB Setup Success rate, IRAT Handover success rate, DL & UL Throughput measurement & Drop calls etc.)

Identify PCI confusion & confliction cells of VOLTE and rectify with help of planning team.

Optimizing VOLTE sites to reduce drops, improving the SRVCC Handover.

Prepared the Region KPI dashboard for LTE & VOLTE site weekly customer meeting

Analyze and troubleshoot of VOLTE KPIs like Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility and Integrity for QCI 1&QCI 5 to optimize these KPI to meet given threshold value.

VOLTE /LTE RF Optimization for KPI improvement such as Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility, Throughput, MOS and including troubleshooting.

• Good understanding of SIP, RTP, LTE PHY (OFDMA and SC-FDMA).
