DIRECTOR OF DUE DILIGENCE AND STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS, 2015 – 2016

Transitioned from Realty Capital Securities, the affiliated broker-dealer arm of AR Global, to maintain relationships and protect investors, during organizational restructuring. Oversaw accounting and finance functions, working closely with the CFO on debt capital markets and key performance indicators. Created and monitored presentations to Board of Directors, managed NAV process and oversaw FP&A group.

Produced quarterly variance analysis on financial statements; daily cash analysis and forecast for next twelve months; and debt covenant analysis on a trailing and forecasted basis; and created and monitored a comprehensive five-year forecast through 4Q21.

Forecast a breach to HTI’s amended credit agreement in 3Q17 due to underperformance of operations and potential breaches to 2018 covenants, leading to deferral of reimbursements and reduction in distributions.

Formed a cash flow analysis and forecast for ARC NYCR that resulted in the suspension of distributions.

Created and implemented policies and procedures across the platform, while reviewing and implementing cost controls. Includes oversight of the implementation of revenue recognition and leasing accounting standards.

Constructed research on the REIT industry for use in presentations, management investment options and knowledge of the public markets for potential liquidity events.

DIRECTOR OF INVESTMENT RESEARCH, NONTRADED REIT INDUSTRY, 2010 – 2011

Initially hired by CEO to bring oversight and discipline to the nontraded REIT industry as Director of Investment Research. Subsequently chosen to head due diligence for the largest capital raiser in the nontraded REIT space. Interacted extensively with broker-dealers on product offerings, coordinating flow of information, approving products and fostering sales.

Headed due diligence during five-year period in which over $20B in equity was raised, including an increase from $1.3 billion in 2010 to over $8.6 billion in 2013..

Performed due diligence on over 20 Realty Capital and Strategic Capital nontraded REITs; Business Development Corps; oil and gas programs; and Liquid Alternatives, in addition to third-party sponsors and sub-advisors.

Led interaction with nine third-party providers, over 300 broker-dealer due diligence officers and financial representatives at the broker-dealers.

Coordinated internal communciations between the due diligence department and the legal, marketing, events, operations and the wholesaler sales teams.

Performed analysis on economic indicators and the general stock market, and extrapolated conclusions to the impact on commercial real estate fundamentals and valuation.
