5.Review staff cafeteria requisition that the requisitions are signed and posted to MC as the manual.

6.Make the flash food cost & cafeteria food.

7.Check for Bars opening and closing report.

8.Review the staff and department requisition (USAGE) and post them to MC and make sure that the requisitions are signed.

9.Review the invoice of food & beverage and close it on the system then deliver it to the A/P.

10.Check the equipment invoice, close it to MC and deliver it to the A/P.

11.Review the sales Outlets Butcher Requisition and Bakery Requisition.

12.Check the Empty Bottle Liquor Report.

13.Opening the new items requested on the MC

3.Review the expire date of F&B items

4.Review the SOH of the stores on MC

1.Review the over officer for mangers & show team on the excel sheet and print out for the staff C/L from MC to deliver it to A/R

2.Review the balance of purchasing between SUN and MC with A/P
