ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Procurement,purchasing,PO Creation, tire 1, 2, 3, supplier commitments follow up, commit Delivery confirmation from supplier to warehouse and from ware house to customer,vendor relationship, Master data Management, Stock Analysis .

Follow up with the Order Manager and Project Manager for a CSO correction, material Structure Correction, Price, Cancellation, Modification, and delivery invoice.

Vendor contract updation.

Involved in preparing weekly report. Buyer s KPI preparation

Involved in Analyzing and resolving the customer s complaint (Site) and improve the team s performance.

Analyzing the issues in the Materials which are not yet placed to vendor.

Material Forecasting Creating Pos according to the future need of Customer (OLA POs).

Managing inbound deliveries.

Price negotiation with vendor and updating the corresponding Price in contract.

Placing the purchase order and follow up the same and coordinating with vendors for actual delivery status of material.

Coordinate with Internal Business Partner (requestor) and Supplier for Purchase Order Changes and Managing supplier's database.

Check on PO cancellation and delivery push out POs with suppliers to avoid excess inventory. Ensure buyer fulfilling production floor shortage.

Interact with accounts department to solve payment issues (blocked invoices) with suppliers to avoid delivery on hold.

Make an item available or to hide from the website for online Purchase.

Managing and amending Cost and price changes for an online item.

Checking the inventory of an item and discontinuing and Un-discontinuing activities based on the inventory availability of an item.

Assisting Supplier to make their item more attractive and demandable on the website.

Updating and changing the delivery and shipping options of an item on the website

Hiding and un-hiding an item from the website for re-loading the inventory or for improving the product demand on the website.

Updating and validating the online documents such as, Warranty, Instruction Assembly, Installation Guide and Use and Care manual etc.

Creating Item relationship, such as Collection, Accessory and Coordinating.

Have to check on the Slick Deals, on which the Product price on the website needs to be validated and have confirm that the retail is higher than the cost.
