• Responsible for occupational safety compliance by developing safety and health procedures, programs, training outlines, manuals, guides and materials required to reduce risk and compliance with OSHA standards.
• Oversee Safety Department and Fire Department activities with responsibility of planning, budgeting, organizing, staffing, and training.
• Coordinate plan with Morris County Law Enforcement Department for Active Shooter emergency.
• Coordinate emergency action plan (COOP) and occupational hazard control programs for the development and implementation of safety guidelines (e.g., Lockdown/Shelter in Place, Respiratory Protection Program, LockOut/TagOut, and Hazardous Materials Management).

• Conduct risk assessment and created data base to review and generate required reports on both Work Related Injuries and any other accident/injury investigations. This included performing routine inspections and providing recommendations for administrative and engineering controls.
• Have participated in opening conference with employers, labor management and PEOSH consultants for review of safety complaints as related to compliance to standards and regulations. This included review of work conditions with Personnel and Employee Health Services department to accommodate employees returning back to workforce after injury.
• Developed Hazard Assessment tool for implementation in loss prevention, accident control systems, and risk analysis of occupational safety and health trend analyses.
• Liaison for corporate audits (Joint Commission, OSHA, PEOSH, EPA, DCA-Division of fire Safety, Local OEM, Insurance).
