This is actually a home-base business that offers customizing cakes and pastries, beverages and all kinds of dishes specializing in Western and Asian food for all kinds of occasions. My experience is more than as an experience that made me fell in love in cooking and baking. It isn’t just about the experience it is all about passion and love you put in every cake and dishes you do. I started baking since 2003 and for some reason I stopped because of work. Now I am looking for a challenging career where I can utilize my skill and experience.

Pastry & Cake Maker/Artist: Responsible for creating and prepare dessert menu; ordering food and supplies for desert; and preparing and submitting a budget. In charge in developing ideas and creating designs specializes in customize 3D designs using rolled fondant, molding chocolate and gum paste; sugar flowers using rolled fondant, gum paste, buttercream icing/royal icing and sugar veil for sugar laces designs.

Chocolatier: Creating and prepare the chocolates. I’m also in charge in designing of the chocolates eg; truffles, chocolate ganache, cake and cupcake chocolate toppers, 3D characters using molding chocolate and 3D chocolate pops.

Barista: Preparing and making coffee concoctions eg; Frappuccino, Cappuccino, Latte, Smoothies and all kinds of hot & cold concoctions.

Cook: Creating and preparing savory dishes specializing in Western and Asian dishes eg: pastas, baked pastas, chicken, beef etc.
