Representative Projects
Operational / Mechanical Resources Management: Mobile solution developed that allows mechanics, managers and maintenance supervisors to access the assigned maintenance tasks in an easy and timely manner. This solution was integrate in real time with the main system of the company, running in AS/400. Results: Increase of 20% of mechanics productivity, substantial increasing of maintenance revenues, paperless solution, innovative technology, and first application developed for MRO environment considering this type of integration.
Redesign supply chain processes. Redesign of the processes of purchases, warehousing, receiving and dispatch areas in order to optimize the steps to follow and obtain timesaving’s throughout the supply chain operations. The systems and related automatic processes were modify and optimize. Results: Reduction of 40% in the global time of processing of the supply chain areas, which positively influences the users of the maintenance.
Buyback Mobile Implementation. Development, integration and implementation of a mobile solution for quality control inspectors from which they can access the information of the system to carry out quality control activities in maintenance work. This solution is easy to use and very intuitive and is integrated with the main system of the company which runs in AS / 400. Results: Increase QC workload control, 40% reduction of the waiting time for critical requests, allows the management to balance the load and meet the demand in real time.
Implementation of the Treasury system. Development and implementation of a treasury system considering the business processes of the area and integration with Oracle Financial. Results: Automation of tasks of the treasury area, project developed and implemented according to work plan and with the assigned budget.

Implementation of cost system improvements. Development and implementation of several new features to the functionalities of the cost system considering the current business processes and integration with Oracle Financial and Airsoft (AS / 400).
Results: Automation of tasks in the area of cost accounting, project developed and implemented according to work plan and with the assigned budget.
Standardization of non-routine generation. Automation of the complete process of generating non- routine cards during aircraft maintenance check. This process is one of the most important in the company because is related to revenues and non-routine work. The development considered integration with different platforms and technologies in real time (Oracle - java - RPG / 400, IOS mobile). Results: Reduction of 8 hours for the information displayed in the system, increase of productivity of 30% of the equipment of generation of non-routines, paper reduction, minimization of typing errors.
Kronos Implementation. Implementation of the kronos system version 5.1. This project considered completed processes redesign, creation of human resources policies, establishment of shifts and all the business logic required for system’s configuration. I played an important role in this project, my main activities were: coordinate activities with vendor and IT areas such as infrastructure, database, etc. Results: implementation of the system according to the work plan and budget. Assistance controls were improved; Human Resources had a powerful tool for the management of company resources.
Aveos Assessment project, Montreal Canada. Part of an IT team that traveled to Montreal, Canada to perform an evaluation of the AVEOS Company's technological platform. The evaluation consisted of analyzing their systems and compare with Aeroman’s technological platform and from there to make recommendations for the implementation of Aeroman’s systems in Aveos. Results: Preparation of analysis document and recommendations to the Aveos executive committee for their evaluation and decisions and then prepare next steps. Abilities
