My duties include: counsel and advise management on the administration and interpretation of collective bargaining agreements; formulate labor relations policies and procedures in accordance with Federal and State laws as well as applicable labor law; investigate grievance issues, chair grievance hearings and when necessary prepare, coordinate and testify in arbitration cases; investigate and administer disciplinary actions throughout the workforce; represent the company in legal matters presented to the National Labor Relations Board.
