WORK EXPERIENCE:

Station Manager, January 2014 – December 2015

Company: - Al Soor/ Alfa Fuel Services – www.alfa.com.kw

Multiple fuel stations, Magwa, Sabahya, Jaber al ali, Salmya, Al zor, Mina Abdullah, Hadya, Shaab

Responsibilities:

Daily checking of Gas station motors, fuel pumps, gas dispensers and dispenser capacity.

Recieving fuel tankers and ensuring filling/emptying of fuel follows K.N.P.C protocol and is in within regulation of S.H.E.Q and P.P.E safety standards.

Assigning roles and duties to gas station tenants and co-workers to minimize disruption in the work place.

Training co-workers and contracting company employees in safety procedures and emergency evacuation drills in case of fire or safety hazards.

Meeting daily with gas station tenants in order to increase effectiveness of costumer care.

Passed the K.N.P.C Code of Practice (C.O.P) twice. (95%, 97%)

Handled all interactions between clients and workers as well as altercations between clients.

2 month paid internship at Hectare food production Company

Supervising product management and workforce.

Meeting with contracting companies and closing product deals.

On top of Highschool Education i spent 6 months of community service at a nursing home.
