Project: Appointment Manager is an application used by MPI staff in multiples lines of business to help administer the calendars of MPI resources. One of the primary purpose of this initiative is to support the future development of customer self-service and Customer Claim Reporting (CCRS) objectives for individual appointment management.

Customer Self-Service Portal is to provide 24/7 access to customers for increased convenience. This portal diversifies MPI’s customer service offerings, will also improve service times in Service Centers and via contact center by moving high-volume and time consuming tasks to the hands of customers, at their convenience. Overall, these new features have the potential to reduce our service delivery costs and give our customers more options to conduct business with MPI
