• Maintaining NCR tracker of supplier NCR’s and make IQC close the issues in the system when resolved.

• Working with IQC (incoming quality control) for checking the interior commodities with reference to acceptance criteria.

• Daily monitoring of NCR’s from SAP in excel to check the repetitive issues and working in alignment with SPM (SUPPLIER PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT). Manage NCG% of supplier

• Utilization of tools like SAP, Excel, word. etc.

• Looking after NCR's raised against supplier in SAP, then taking corrective action by alignment with buyer.

• Supervising the supplier person in case of rework and incoming quality check of the product.

• Quality planning. Knowledge of quality methods and tools such as, 8D, kaizen, 5S, TOOL.

• Work as per procurement and quality polices. Handle assigned commodities at BT site.

• Measure and report quality issues from supplier side.

• Strong knowledge on problem solving methodology and problem-solving tools

• Effective team member with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Keen ability to grasp new concepts quickly
