PROFILE
I have over eight years of experience in working with students locally in Jamaica and internationally within the US, Senegal and Kuwait and Iraq, ranging from ages six to eighteen to develop their skills in all levels of academic achievement mainly in the IPC, US, IBPYP and the English National School Curriculum. I can utilize creative skills to design and implement well received lessons plans and program structure. Establish learning environments that meet the physical, mental, emotional, intellectual, social and creative needs of children. I am an empathetic listener and persuasive speaker who has effectively counseled and educate students and parents on goals, plans and objectives. I can rapidly adjust lesson plans to meet unforeseen classroom situations and to improve the quality of learning outcomes for students by providing teaching and learning ‘best practices’ within the framework of the school’s Mission, Vision, Core Values, Touchstones for Learning, Culture, and the International Baccalaureate (IB) Programs.
