Global Product Development – HW Logistics Manager:
oManage Global Product Development NPI Logistics team to support Product Development and Manufacturing from EVT/ DVT / PVT cycle to Production Launch, and EOL. Focused on mobile products, accessories and wearables including; Moto X Family, Moto Z Family, Moto Mods, and Moto 360 wearables. This includes supporting material procurement, PN creation, eCAD symbol support, BOM Management / Maintenance, Factory build coordination, and working with Supply Chain sourcing to complete part qualification.
oDeveloped new and unique Product Lifecycle Management processes to meet optimal Cost, Design and Manufacturing goals. Led and trained USA and China teams of up to 18 cross-functional members domestically and internationally.
