- Ensures the required lot quantity is produce and daily schedule is achieve.
- Maintain the cycle time of the machine.

- Conduct mold change and molding set-up of plastic injection machine according SOP with alloted mold change time
- Refer to the previous data and set the parameters (adjust if necessary ) in order to produce good quality product
- Review and record the new setting of the machine to the injection data.

- Clean the hopper dryer,jet loader
- Conduct bagging process to designated plastic product base on the work instruction and samples provided.

- Maintain 5’S in the working area.
