PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY: Over 40 years of progressively responsible and diverse experiences in manufac-

turing, through both the Production oor and Management. Diverse positions with varying levels of responsibility, in-

cluding communication and coordination between all departments (e.g. Production, Quality Control and Laboratory)

and Supervision. Included in this positions are extended time performing both Process and Quality Engineering disci-

plines.

EXPERIENCE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

TWIST INC. OCTOBER 2015 to Present

PLANT MANAGER: Planning, organizing and directing the day to day operations for the Electroplating facility.

This includes, but is not limited to the all equipment, buildings and grounds that are incorporated with the electroplat-

ing facility. Accessing Production capabilities and exibility to optimize production rates and timely return of Cus-

tomers parts. Responsibility for the production output, product quality, on-time return of Customers parts. Maximize

Plant production efciency by utilizing a three shift workforce using both permanent and temporary personnel.

TENNECO INC. APRIL 2013 to OCTOBER 2015

THIRD SHIFT SUPERVISOR: Schedule the job assignments for 11 Employees plus two Maintenance Mechan-

ics, one Electrician and one Oven Electrician for OEM shocks and struts for GM and BMW as well as Monroe Shocks.

Often times the Assembly Department will schedule short term Third Shift departments when product demands in-

crease, which will also come under my guidance.

NEATON AUTO PRODUCTS JANUARY 2013 to APRIL 2013

SECOND SHIFT SUPERVISOR: Coordinate the daily Production requirements from 15 departments for delivery

to local Honda and Toyota auto plants. Facilitate the support staff in determining priority for multiple job assignments.

HOHMAN PLATING & MFG. SEPTEMBER 1996 to DECEMBER 2012

THIRD SHIFT SUPERVISOR: Trained across all departments, including Health and Safety and Hazardous ma-

terial procedures. Responsible for all departments and employees. Make job ow decisions dependent upon cus-

tomer driven deadlines. Determine job progress based upon cost control guidelines. Train new employees and com-

plete their 30/60/90 day evaluations, as well as all employees bi-annual reviews. Authority to terminate employees.

ENGINEERING: Managed 2 of Hohman Platings 15 plating lines, which included a Lab Technician, Maintenance,

Quality Control and Work Entry staff. Engineered new Customer parts received for electroplating to ensure all re-

quirements were met using Customer purchase orders, blueprints and electroplating industry Specications.

Customer contact concerning all Quality issues. Performed Internal Quality audits, PPAP, FMEA and First article

submissions of Process plans. Trained in Root Cause and Corrective Action methods. Assisted in changeover to

software that entered new work to comply with Hohman Platings NADCAP certication.
