After recently completing my course from the AXON College, London, I would consider myself to be a well motivated and enthusiastic individual. I am very ambitious and focused while appreciating the need to remain flexible. I am an organized and responsible person, able to meet targets that I have set myself and being set by others in an efficient manner, I stay calm when put under pressure and take pride and put confidence in my work that I do which help me keep my work upto high standards. I respect all authority and colleagues. I am not hesitant to learning new things as I feel that leaning new things improve me upon my skills. I am able to complete task quickly and upto high standards and in order to achieve this I pay good attention to the detail in all aspects of all my work.

My courses involve a lot of teamwork as well as individual work, so I would say I work well in both, also I am very computer literate and can solve a wide range of computer related task and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. I have excellent mathematical, analytical skills, this enables me to problem solve and pay attention to details. I have obtained a high level of communication skills from full time employment in IBeX Global one of the top multi national company in Pakistan as a Customer Service Executive for Square Trade known as the top warranty company all over USA and Canada. This has given me the opportunity to use my initiatives and enables me to interact at all levels. Because of my communication skill and problem solve ability; I am able to deal with customer complaints. Due to my experience I have enhance my customer service skills. I have got the personality to deal with different kinds of people with different background. I have good relational skills and able to discover customer needs. I enjoy dealing with customer and can provide them the full knowledge of products which is required to make them satisfied. This has helped me gain responsibilities.
