During July through September 2002, as a member of the Consortium of International Consultants

(CIC) in Kuwait, I participated in the damage assessments to the major oil fields, resulting from the 1990 Iraqi aggression on Kuwait. The resulting damage assessment reports/data and recommendations were submitted to the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) on behalf of the Kuwaiti government, and utilized to assess and award monetary compensation to the government of the State of Kuwait.

Environmental Chemist/QA Coordinator

Managed 8-10 degreed, multi-disciplinary environmental professionals to achieve time- critical project management deadlines as environmental consultants to the Region 6 USEPA, Superfund Technical Assessment and Response Team (START) contract that comprised of various Superfund project sites in Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas states;

Planned, and defined methods to accomplish goals for projects; administered contracts with the USEPA Contract laboratories, solicited for bids and prepared critical need procurement packages related to various projects.

Managed project procurement and materials requisition budgets at every phase and prepared budget reports for distribution to all levels of associated project personnel;

Coordinated with Clients, organized, prepared and distributed updated analytical lab contract packages and material requisition progress reports to all associated parties to the project;

Performed soil/aqueous samples chemical analyses using the Inductively Couple Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrophotometer (ICP-AES) instrumentation while monitoring the Effluent Discharges of treated wastewater from various City of Houston treatment facilities.
