Responsibilities:

Preparing I/O point’s summary, Bill of quantity (BOQ), Controller selection, Material ordering according to the requirement of project specification.

Carry out the planning, technical reviews, approvals and process of all technical submittals such as drawings, materials, method statement, work procedure, project schedule etc. for constructability and code compliance.

Carrying out the inspection of works executing by contractor in respect of works relative to BMS field devices installations as per the approved drawings and proper quality is maintained as per the International Standards.

Obtaining approval of drawing to ensure effective management, including site progress, installed material measurement, resolutions of site problems etc.

Ensuring proper maintenance of site records and site progress report.

Participating in technical coordination and progress meeting with client & site coordination discussions with consultants & sub-contractors.

Lead the project throughout execution, testing and commissioning and final handover of Project with complete project management accountability.
