Execute quality standards activities for processing work permits, business visa and visa stamping applications for various countries to ensure legal status of the employee during the period of stay at onsite within the guild line, policies and norms of Infosys Limited.

Process and Operations:
Execute quality standards activities for processing work permits, business visa and visa stamping applications for various countries. Support in deploying SOP for processing and operations to ensure continues legal status of the employee while onsite, providing additional information required by the immigration regulatory authorities for the application and updating systems to reflect the complete information of the cases in order to ensure defect –free filing of application .
Customer Interaction:
Track and report the status of program and process changes. This would include resolving quires/issues received from employees on visa/work permit application within scope of the role assigned and also be involved in sending periodic reports to the business units on the various immigration activities in order to ensure effective communication.
Planning and Organizing:
Optimally organize the workload across the team by making accurate time and work allocation estimates and schedules work based on complexity plans timeline, resource requirement and assesses impact on people, time and costs, monitors plan closely to ensure that the plan delivers on agree metrics
US Business Visa end to end process.
Australia Sub-class 400 visa and Australia Sub-class 600 visa filing.
Preparing cover letter for various countries for stamping process
Handling Police Clearance certificate for employees travelling to Switzerland and Spain.
Legalization process for Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate and Passport copies for Netherlands, Croatia and Belgium.
Stamping Processing is done for more than 37 countries across the global for Australia, UK, Japan, Canada, Netherlands, Germany, Norway, Russia, France, Spain, and Poland China. Sri-lanka, Mauritius, New Zealand, Canada, Switzerland and Sweden etc.
Assisting the employee’s by scheduling interviews, maintaining the candidate database in MIS.
