SUMMARY

Quality engineer with experience in aerospace electronic environment to support products from initial design through deployment to field including NPI processes. Certified Six Sigma Black and completed 4-weeks Lean expert training. * Primarily responsible for the manufacture and quality of all EGPWS, TCAS, VCR, and Radar products. Wrote and reviewed weekly all production travelers and processes for these products to make sure that they met customers’ requirements, company procedures, and FAA regulations.

* Led NPI manufacturing team to complete successfully the first Airbus A380 Lean Cell for new Gen Radar product. Honeywell ISC director awarded Bronze medal for on time delivering first production new Gen Radar Airbus A380 unit.

* Conducted training and audited with critical suppliers such as EFTC, Oregon, and Sparton, FL.

* Used Six Sigma tools such as PMAPs and PFMEA to resolve ICT (In-Circuit-Testing) failures at supplier, which resulted in saving $85K’s.
