2.Conceptualising strategies and effecting preventive/predictive maintenance schedule of equipments in order to increase the up time/reliability.

3.Identifying areas of obstructions/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the areas of concern through predictive maintenance practice and ensuring attainment of set production targets.

4.Managing plant shutdown activites, generating standard maintenance procedure for maintenance related activates.

5.Inspection of conveyor and identifying the defects & rectifying the same.

6.Cost control activates to reduce the maintenance cost.

7.Optimize the spare to control the inventory.
