Effectively Manage production and day-to-day operations for 7 Assembly lines, 3 PVC injection molding glass encapsulation cells, 3 Glass Bonding cells and 6 Polyurethane RIM glass encapsulation cells, across a two-building, 330,000 ft2 campus.
Manage 12 direct reporting Managers and help to coach and guide them in the Management of 32 supervisors across all department operations. In addition I am responsible for 450 hourly production associates.

Managed and supported Advanced Manufacturing teams in the successful launches of programs for BMW, Nissan, Poly-Urethane and Glass bonding Cells in a greenfield startup facility.
Managed a launch team composed of Manufacturing, design, tooling and quality engineers as well as production supervisors in the development and implementation of and run off of new equipment for the manufacturing of glass panels and sunroofs.
Successfully obtained PPAPs from customers resulting in 7.5 million dollars in tooling and equipment cash recovery for operations.
