• Maintains regular contact and builds solid working relationships with management, colleagues, contractors, tenants and department leaders to ensure the highest level of customer service.

• Coordinates contractor, tenant and management approvals for work orders that require the use of an outside contractor. Maintains log of work order details.

• Ensures the safety of the property and tenants by overseeing and performing continuous preservation and regular checks of safety systems
