Target Retail Stores.
Tracked, documented, and coordinated changes assigned to multiple Target stores in various stages of construction located all over the US. This was done with a system unique to Target stores using a very da ted computer program which required extensive additional documentation on my part to keep track of what projects were in what stages of construction. I worked closely with all the subcontractors to assess which changes could be implemented and which would not and then relayed said information back to my superiors. High End Residential.
Assistant to the Architect, direct client consultation, design development and documentation, hand ske tched renderings. Assumed duties of project architect upon his departure. FIELD CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE
Commercial Deconstruction: Worked on a crew to deconstruct a mezzanine in a commercial barn using a sawzall and flat bar. Tore out and salvaged all building materials.
Attic Renovation: Renovated attic space by removing existing insulation, prepping ceilings for drywall, assisting with building roof support, extensive drywall installation, including taping and muddin g. Framed out new windows.
Residential Restoration: Refinished hardwood flooring using a random orbital sander. Laid brick for an exterior garden perimeter. Replaced drywall where needed.
Residential Framing: Worked on a crew to frame two houses from the foundation up. Laid out exterior wall assemblies, used a sawzall and jigsaw to notch for seismic tie downs. Raised walls, plumbed and secured temporary exterior wall bracing.
