Within this role I am the point of contact to the business users from areas of Group Internal Audit, Group Legal, Compliance and Risk Management and parts of Group Finance.

Being active part of digital initiative: IT champ of Documentum/Captiva system, this is adidas archiving system that docs documents/data from SAP AFS, SAP Retail, SAP HR and several non - SAP Systems (example: data from AMS 1.0 system and POS systems).

And during this tenure, I have led and coordinated cross functional and cross country teams across adidas group and worked on several projects from the above said diversified areas.

As a business consultant and project manager, my responsibility is to run the project smoothly that includes, leading and coordinating the teams, managing external consultants, vendors and full control over the financial (budget, forecasts and KSR estimate.) aspects of the project.

Handled budget of 1.6 Million in 2016 and working with approximately 2.5 million into 2017

Below are few sample works/projects from 2016&2017: mostly agreed scope delivered within budget and time:

Accounts Payable Workflow: Objective is to improve the business efficiency through enhancing the system functionalities, harmonizing and standardizing the processes then rollout solution across adidas group. And providing the mobile invoice approvals possibility to all adidas employees, this is part of mobile first initiative.

Ticketing System across adidas FSSC (Financial Shared Service Centers): worked in two phases,

First phase project: we have setup new ticketing (ASPEN FSS (Service Now FSS module) ticketing system) system and migrated old magic ticketing system to new system.

Second phase: standardizing the system with enhanced functionalities and building the forms to automatize the process across FSS and Roll-out of this new standardized setup to new FSSCs.

Audit Analytics: with this project we have delivered (by setting up new (DAB/ACL) system) technology based data analytics that addresses adidas Group strategic functional objectives together with enhanced delivery of timely analysis and output related to the execution of audits on the annual audit plan.

Group Contact Management: Standardization of the existing LCM system and Rollout across adidas.

FOREX Load: As part of this project we have automated the currency uploads from the various sources to leading SAP systems in adidas. Key stake holders are corporate solutions and Treasury.

Payment Approval Application: To provide group Treasury user with flexibility to approve, reject and/or review the payments from their corporate mobile devices. We are moving the as-is backend approvals process to mobile devices.

Setting up the contract approval workflow for legal TMaG with threshold limits on the budget for each step approval step.
