Cantier System provide Cost Effective, State of the Art fully Integrated Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Software Suite, that focus primarily in Semiconductor, Electronics, Automotive, Metal Precision & Fabrication, Food, Sugar & Ethanol and Modular Construction Industries.

- Cantier MES Software is able manage key shop floor functions such as factory planning and scheduling, WIP tracking, Data collection & SPC/quality tools, Equipment Maintenance Monitoring system for machine downtime, MTBF, MTTR and OEE and Document Control.

2. 2015 July to June 2016 General Manager – RTI System Automation (RSA)

- Responsible for the manufacture, assembly and outgoing quality validation of all produced equipment including product costing.

- Managed the operations of the Machine Shop Division, Tooling and Metal Fabrication, Equipment Assembly Division and Engineering & Design Team.

- Managed the Operations including P&L of the Advanced Device and Material Testing Laboratory (ADMATEL) of DOST in Failure Analysis and Materials Characterization for semiconductor and electronics, metals, plastics, food, organic compounds and composite materials using state of the art Failure Analysis equipment such as FIB/FESEM, Auger Electron Spectrometer, TOFSIMS, DSC and Cross-Section Ion Milling, Polishing and Cutting equipment. 4. 2013 July Retired from NXP/Philips Semiconductors after 29 years of service.
