February 2018 – Present Transtar Autobody Technologies – With Transtar I am the Regional Sales Manager, covering nine states and seven Territory Managers. In my role, I’m in charge of budget performance, recruiting, and managing personnel to achieve their goals as well as executing sales initiatives and increasing market share in a designated area.

August 2015 - Present – Transtar Autobody Technologies, Los Angeles, California – With Transtar I am the Territory Manager for all of Los Angeles/Orange County, encompassing the largest and densest metropolitan area in the region. With Transtar I have successfully achieved and performed above budget performance in growing my distribution as well as developed strong relationships with automotive Jobbers and collision shops throughout Southern California.

July 2006 – July 2015 – Sherwin Williams Automotive, Long Beach, California – With The Company I have promoted three times, being trained as a Sales Rep and Branch manager handling and gaining new business as well maintaining sales, Profit and Loss margins, Min/Max inventory operations, expense reports, utilizing Sugar CRM, and other management tasks while recruiting and training employees to successful careers.

July 2004 – July 2006 - The Container Store, Costa Mesa, CA. Working for the Container Store I have learned new aspects of retail and have incorporated many new sales and leadership techniques as well as learning to use high-powered cutting equipment and learning to design and customize closets.

October 2002 - January 2004 - Tranzact Wireless, Downey, CA. There I received training on the sale and understanding of cellular telephones, moving from sales associate to sales manager in six months overseeing two different stores and 4 employees while gaining sales knowledge and management skills.
