Short Story of my Hospitality History:
I Started 1998 as a Waitress at the Spur in Stellenbosch Western Cape.
I always had a passion to work with food and people.
I worked in different restaurant groups of which I unfortunately don’t have any reverences for.
The best place I ever worked in my life was in 2000 at a restaurant called Oude Westhof Restaurant in Cape Town. It was an old farm house developed into a restaurant where we served “Boerekos” and some other proudly South African dishes.
At my age now I am willing to learn again and grow my biggest passion in the restaurant industry is in the kitchen.
I unfortunately don’t have the qualifications as a chef but through the years I built up my knowledge.
I have very good computer, people and telephone skills. I am very strict with paperwork and very strict on deadlines.
