resources available through, DBM, and in compliance with all regulations, guidelines
and policies relative to the recruitment and hiring of Special Appointments, Skilled
Service, Professional Service and Management Service. This is performed utilizing

• Develops application rating criterion, and reviews, scores and ranks candidates in

initiates salary surveys and other requests for classification and salary information.
• Coordinates health, retirement and supplemental retirement benefits for all agency
personnel. Serves as the primary Health Benefits Coordinator and certified Retirement
Coordinator for the agency.
• Coordinate special programs for the benefit of employee’s health, safety and welfare in
include: Risk Management, Employee Wellness, Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA)
driving records review, and drug testing for sensitive position. Coordinates Maryland
