Global Technology & Operations, Vice President

Project Manager and Developer:

-ETL developer for the monthly RMS process. This process was in SAS, SQL, & Excel and I converted it into 1 SSIS package. This involved analyzing thousands of lines of SAS and SQL code and went through several iterations before it was finalized.

-Reporting Project Manager for the Automation of Servicing FIV project for Flood Reporting. This was a major release that included updating/creating 24 iSeries and ALS tables. I was responsible for creating test scripts, coordinating and tracking testing of the developers, and submitting the test results. The project automated a major part of the flood waterfall LOB process.

-Conducted knowledge share sessions with the Line of Business to review their SSRS reports and converted them into Oracle and Micro strategies.

-Converted the ALS Flood MS Access database into SSIS. This was a very complicated process that involved updating excel sheets using VBA scripts. I mirrored what the process did in SSIS via script tasking and data transformations.

-Site admin and developer for several Flood SharePoint sites.

-Responsible for the daily Flood Data Transfer. This SSIS package has over 20 tables and containers that all of the flood developers utilize in their daily processes/reports.

Bank of America, Simi Valley, CA 10/12 – 02/15

Short Sale/Deed in Lieu Reporting, Vice President

Manager:

-Managed a team of 6 B.I. developers to automate Short Sale/Deed in Lieu Reporting.

-Lead the team from 23% to 89% in report automation in less than 1 year. The remaining reports were not automated because they utilized 3rd party vendor data. There were over 100 reports that ranged from basic to very complex.

-Mentored several employees on advanced SQL and SSRS techniques.

-Developed the CFPB dashboard in SSRS for senior management. This involved daily meetings with the executives and fine tuning the requirements. The dashboard itself had several complex groupings with formulas and drill through reports.

-Oversaw and coordinated the weekly production release cycle with SQLPlex and MST for SSDIL reporting. This was a weekly meeting where we moved reports to production. Often this required trouble shooting on the fly and working with the DBAs to ensure everything deployed correctly.

-Conducted meetings with the LOB and developers and provided solutions and resolved issues. Some of the guidance I gave was related to .Net apps, SSIS, SSRS, VB, and SQL.

Bank of America, Simi Valley, CA 09/10 – 10/12

Investor Relations Tech Group, Process Design Consultant

Application Development and Reporting:

-Created a transactional Vb.net application for the Community Revitalization process. This application updated back-end SQL data based on user input. The application also had its own Reporting Services Reports based on the data the users entered.

-Developed a Charge Off application in Vb.net for the LOB to record and monitor Charged off accounts. This also included a Department of Justice panel that tracked letters mailed to the Borrower, Municipality, & Tax Authority. The application has several independent Reporting Services Reports.

-Designed a request system in SharePoint Designer for the LOB to submit work requests for our team. The request system has auto email notifications based on various actions the users perform. The email notifications were formatted and designed using HTML.

-Developer and Project Manager for the Asset Recovery application. This application allows users to manage accounts for Asset Recovery that are deficient, non-pursuable, or pending further review. The application extracts data from iSeries, transforms the data in SQL, & loads the data into the app in a user-friendly format. The users have the ability to edit specific columns in the main data view that are saved back to the SQL Server.
