Determine and document any changes in service conditions Plan the pressure vessel inspection as regards types of deterioration Plan the pressure vessel inspection as regards inspection techniques Determine inspection requirements

Ensure that inspection and data collection is done in accordance with approved procedures Conduct internal inspection

Nature of Work:

Preparation of welding procedure specifications as required by welding engineer and ensuring that only qualified procedures are employed on the work

Witness welder qualification tests in association with PDO representative. Ensure that the materials, including welding consumables, used for work are in compliance with specified requirements through receiving inspection.

Ensure that welding parameters are as per approved procedure and that welding machines are calibrated. Establish a numbering system for the welds, compile and maintain isometrics/weld history sheets containing weld numbers and welder’s identification.

Compile & verify daily welding production reports and ensure compliance to NDT requirements . Monitor welder’s performance and review NDT reports.
