Company Profile:

The company has started its project from March 2003. Presently it has 12 500 TPD DRI sponge iron making unit, 1 40 MW Thermal Power Plant, 1 60 MW Thermal power plant, 3x 130 MW Thermal power plant, 2 90 TPD Arc Furnace (S.M.S),1 MTPA Batac Jig based coal Washery, 1008m Blast Furnace,1.6MTPA CSP, CRM, 3.5 MTPA Coal Washery, 0.45MTPA Coke-oven-1, 1.1MTPA Sinter plant-1 & Raw material preparation plant-1,2,3 & 4, 2MTPA Iron Ore Beneficiation Plant & Pellet Plant, 0.5MTPA Rod & Bar Mill, Tube Mill,400TPD & 600TPD Oxygen Plant

Coke Oven-2, Sinter Plant-2 & 2096 M Blast Furnace-2 are under Projects.

Its major vendors are Automobile sectors and other major steel industries and foreign steel plant. In the year 2009 it has got ISO 9002 & 14001.It is also an OHSAS certified company. It s products are well acclaimed in both national and international front.

JOB PROFILE:

Presently Working as an Engineer (Electrical & Automation)

Troubleshooting of all Electrical Breakdowns.

Day to day energy consumption report maintaining.

HT breaker maintenance

Knowledge about SPAM, SPAJ-Numerical Relay.

Transformer maintenance, DG maintenance work.

To handle the shift problem to keep the running condition of plant.

Commissioning & Installation of Motor, Transweigh Belt Weigher, PCS, ZSS etc.

Single Line Diagram knowledge & L.T drawing analysis

Transweigh weigh feeder & belt weigher operation, calibration, & Maintenance & Drop test.

To maintain the department Store inventory & Indent Materials.

To check and maintain the Control & safety of a Conveyor belt and its safety equipment like Belt sway switch, Pull Cord Switch, Zero Speed Switch, and it s Controlling Via PLC & trouble shooting.

Coal washery-2 (3.5 MTPA Heavy media cyclone),RMPP-3,6 and New Iron ore Circuit.(Iron Ore circuit-2)

The projects were well executed and electrical commissioning, testing and load-trial were completed before scheduled time.

During the project my contribution towards my teamà

Played a key role in preparing daily schedule, pre-work report & post-work report, organizing sub-ordinates daily activities, keeping track with contractors, suppliers, and purchase & store dept.

Preparation of cable schedule, tag names, cable route preparation, and termination details for PMCC, Drives, soft-starter, HT motor & PLC panels.

Raising indent, follow-up and ensure timely supply of materials for project with coordination with purchase dept.

During testing period our team has effectively tested every equipments and accessories and during load trial the problems erupted was sorted out.

WORKED IN ELCOME TECHNOLOGY PVT.LTD. AS PROJECT ENGINEER FROM

FEB 2010 TO MARCH 2012 in MCL O.I.T.D.S PROJECT.
