Developed a start up, wholesale packaging company that is customer driven and caters to the high-tech manufacturing industry. Responsibilities mainly include procurement, design and sales. Achieved success by sharing the knowledge of packaging while working with others to build relationships and solutions. Recent Accomplishments:

*Designed and supplied a package to fit eight Lenovo X131e laptops in one reusable container. This robust and rugged package was well received as it exceeded performance expectations as well as providing a multiple of functions above original expectations.

*Created a ‘vendor managed inventory’ program for a Boeing subcontractor. The lead engineer mentioned that the presented analysis displayed the most accurate information available. These calculations were used to generate the max/min quantities for a ‘just in time’ delivery program. As a result a larger share hold of the packaging and other supplies were awarded to the list of managed materials.

*Changed the company’s business model from production to subcontracting, while focusing on procurement, design and sales. As a result profit margins doubled, sales increased 25%, enabled time savings and product quality improved.
