Oracle Financials Project Manager

Project manager for the Big Bang initiative which included the following projects:

Manage the development of custom reports, interfaces, workflows, alerts and reports as part of the enhancements to the Oracle General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory & Channel Revenue Management modules.

Manage the upgrade of Oracle Applications from Release 12.1.3 to Release 12.2.5. This included multiple rounds of test upgrades and testing by the project team as well as business resources. Production cutover was completed during the Columbus Day weekend.
