Trumbull Corporation, Pittsburgh, PA Operations (May 2010 to Present) Quality Control Manager – Shell Franklin Petrochemical Processing Facility – Beaver County, Monaca, PA Generation and implementation of an effective quality control system reflecting the required tolerances and constraints depicted within the Contract Documents. The Quality Control Manager is responsible for the quality of all work on the project. Additionally, the QCM is required to manage the Quality Control staff and be a liaison between the Shell Chemicals and Jacobs Engineering Quality Assurance staff representatives and Trumbull Operations Managers to assure items are adequately verified and issues are appropriately addressed. Responsibilities also include conducting supplier / fabricator site visits to verify compliance with their individual Quality Control standards as depicted within their Quality Control Manuals. Project Highlights –

Project consists of 7.4 million cy of excavation and embankment fill over a 500 acre site. Two multi-span bridges, (stub abutments with MSE abutment walls on pile foundations). Two soldier beam retaining walls with rock anchor constraints. Pre-cast concrete panel MSE Wall over 2000 linear feet. Two pre-cast culverts with portions being post tensioned. PCCP Process and Accidental Contamination underground piping systems. Installation of over 4000 piles for future equipment foundations. Installation of Center Township Water supply line. 1.1 miles of re-aligned PennDOT roadway, SR18, including interchange improvements with SR376. Installed over 1 mile of new mainline sewer and water service lines for Center Township Water and Sewer Authorities. Contractor Quality Control Manager – United States Army Corps of Engineers - Pittsburgh District, Allegheny County, PA Project Highlights -

Emsworth Lock and Dam, Ohio River Backchannel, Left Abutment Stabilization and Scour Protection - Project consisted of the installation of (21) Micropiles and (6) Post Tensioned Rock Anchors to stabilize the existing left abutment wall. Construction of (200) linear feet of king pile casement / sheet pile combination wall. In-channel scour protection consisted of removal of the current derrick stone scour protection, dredging to top of rock, and placement of fabric grout bags as scour protection along the limits of excavation. Cost $27 million Trumbull Corporation, Pittsburgh, PA Construction Management (April 2007 to May 2010) Construction Manager –

Generation of a complete analysis of cost issues and their impact to the project budget, including the generation of projected cost estimates of additional or extra work and change orders as part of recommendation of action Schedule analysis of monthly progress updates were required to verify progress and clarify potential adverse impacts to critical path activities

Oversight of Owner Controlled Safety Program, OCIP, - Worked with safety representatives from Trumbull, Safety Department, a third party insurance carrier, and the General Contractor to assure safety goals were met throughout each project. Verified acceptable responses to safety concerns were addressed and incorporated into General Contractor’s means and methods. Participated in Safety Walk Through site reviews and provided support documentation for various General Liability claim investigations.

Oversight and implementation of Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission required QA/QC material sampling and testing procedures and personnel. These procedures assured material incorporated into the project met or exceeded project criteria. Utility Coordination activities consisted of working with representatives from affected utilities regarding the relocation of existing and installation of new conveyance systems for natural gas, electric, telephone, cable, and fiber optic data service providers within the project limits.

Construction Work History Trumbull, Construction Manager- Section 51E2 – Uniontown to Brownsville, Phase I, Redstone Township, Fayette County, Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission – 1.5 miles of new mainline / 950,000 Cy of excavation / 5 bridges - Cost - $31 million Section 51E1– Uniontown to Brownsville, Phase I, Redstone Township, Fayette County, Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission – 1.2 miles of new mainline / 1 interchange / 2.9 million CY excavation / 1 bridge - Cost – $35 million McTish, Kunkel & Associates, Monroeville, PA (September 2004 through April 2007) Construction Manager / Contract Administration responsibilities included: Oversight of Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission required material QA/QC sampling and testing procedures, Schedule analysis, Budget issues / management, Utility relocation coordination, Inspection Staff Management, Oversight of Owner Controlled Safety Program, OCIP, Submittal and RFI Coordination, Daily interaction with representatives from the General Contractor, Section Designers, Design Manager, Turnpike Commission, affected utility companies, and other involved agencies was required to address and resolve issues as they became relevant throughout the life of the project.
