Reported to the Principles, with direct reports from two sister companies (Transportation and Electrical), as well as the Manufacturing facility consisting of Finance, Engineering, Production, Tool & Die, Scheduling, Materials, Purchasing, Shipping, Quality, Human Resources, and Safety.
Formulated and maintained annual budget for 3 companies. Responsible for Capital expenditure as well as individual P&L for each of the 3 companies,COG s reports, efficiency, labor & overtime, fixed costs, and consumables.
Part of the Corporate Planning and Development team.
Major accomplishments included reducing monthly consumable costs by 40%, as well as implementing the first corporate wide software system which moved all data from Excel spreadsheets to a General Ledgering system that included ERP, CRP, MRP, MRO, Shipping & Receiving, and Shop Floor Control utilizing barcode scanning enabling live data capture and up to the minute reporting.

Specialized in the automated Flexible Manufacturing Cells consisting of raw sheet storage to completed components in one integrated cell controlled by one PC, giving customers a 24 hr Lights Out system. Enjoyed the aspect of teaching clients how to best utilize their equipment to achieve the highest rate of production available.
