Responsibilities and Achievements

Responsible for all Visa formalities (Renew Residency, visit Visa, Issue work visa, renew passports, Transfer residency, cancel residency and Extend residency)

Following up & renew the government official license of the company.

Responsible for keeping track of employees’ information using HR System /(Time sheets, leaves & returns, sick leaves, overtime hours, deductions) for salary calculation.

Assist department heads in developing a recruitment plan
