DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
-Perform Scanning using the scanner from the marked location/region of the document as per the specifications provided in the specified file formats
-Crop the image using standard tools as appropriate
-Custodian of important documents for such as forms filled by the client.\
-Paper files will be sorted and organized accordingly for quick retrieval to re-check or confirmation is needed.
-Carefully read and understand the source data for entry from the source paper files, documents; verifying and logging receipt of data; obtaining missing data
-Records data by operating data entry using the application system and resolving processing problems and ensure control of all data is managed as per the document control procedures.
-Records and enters the data accurately (without errors) as per the business requirement as trained by customer
-Logs the details of errors / messages encountered during data entry
-Protects paper files - the information and files in the batches
-Report any administrative issues, service delivery issues and daily progress status to the Data Entry Lead and to the Project Manager
-Accomplishes the project goal and mission by completing the targeted assigned batch of files with good speed and ensuring quality of data (error free entry) related results as needed
-Develop document control processes for minimal loss and effective move of documents, customers’ faster transactions and to help the smooth workflow that would be beneficial to the client.
-Submit documents before the given deadline in order to avoid jeopardizing other departments because of a late submission of a document or file.
