Kindergarten Level Head Duties:
• During the 2017-2018 school year, I have created and implemented the following: American benchmarks and standards to base our curriculum from toddler to kindergarten classes; standardized progress reports based off the standards and benchmarks for quarterly assessments; Kindergarten Parent Handbook; standardized lesson observation form; reading buddy program with primary and secondary students (started in the 2016-2017 school year)

Classroom Teacher Duties:
• Work as the primary educatory for 20 children ranging from two to four years old for 40 hours each school week and preparation outside the classroom. Circle time held every morning, and student directed lessons focused on developing oral and written English, fine and gross motor skills, socio-emotional developmental skills, science, math, music, social studies and art through creative centers and materials.
