Respond to customer enquiries on the technical aspects of our products and testing reports.

Monitor, Planning vs. Progress

Preparing Cause & Effect Matrix.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance of Existing Fire Alarm Panels, CCTV & Access Control System & Electrical House wiring.

Responsible for after installation & Service of Life safety and security systems.

Coordinate with the Planning Department for updating in master project plans and working out recovery plans in case of delays.

Coordinate the activities between various contractors and subcontractors.

Review and approve the monthly bills of the contractors.

Review variation requests and coordinate with the Procurement department for necessary actions.

Attend client meetings and assist with determination of Project requirements.

Shop Drawings, Material Submittals and Method Statements

As-built Drawings

Testing & Commissioning Procedures.

Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Handing/Taking over Documents.

Inspect and ensure proper workmanship by the contractors/subcontractors

Testing & Commissioning of all the Mechanical or electrical systems.

Respond to Requests for Information raised by the contractor.

Coordinate with the Design Management department on project Electrical or Mechanical issues.

Generate every day, weekly & Monthly Report on prepared.

Generate BOQ and cost estimate for Fire Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control System.

Review & comments MEP contractor’s bills.
