Florida International University Expected Graduation Date: May 2018

Currently majoring in Electrical Engineering with a 3.47 GPA.

Awards: Dean’s List every semester from Fall 2015 to Spring 2018.

Relevant courses: Engineering Drawing, Power Systems, Electrical Design in Buildings, Microelectronics, Fields & Waves, Control Systems

Projects

Smart Feeder 2017

Designed a pet feeder in collaboration with 5 other group members for my senior design class. The feeder allows the user to provide food for his/her pets via Wi-Fi. I programmed an Arduino board to open and close a latch that was controlled by a motor.

Solar and Wind Powered Conveyor Belt 2016

Created a circuit that used two solar panels to move a small motor that moved a conveyor belt. In this project I learned how to design a circuit based off of power ratings of all the components being used.

AutoCAD Fall 2015 - Spring 2018

Throughout my college education, I’ve had to make several drawings on AutoCAD. I am proficient in being able to create 2 dimensional AutoCAD designs.

Electrolytic Technologies – Electrical Engineering Intern Summer 2017

Installed and calibrated Hart communication instruments such as; pressure, level, proximity, GF, PH, ORP, and conductivity sensors, as well as pneumatic actuated valves.

Ran wires through conduit and wire ways from Auxiliary Control Panels to field instruments.

Terminated wires at both ends of Auxiliary panels PLC/IO channels and field instrument terminals.

Established a network communication between Panel Ethernet Cards and Main Control Panel PLC (AB ControlLogix PLC)

Applied factory acceptance testing for all sensors, pumps, blowers, and valves using GE Human Machine Interface (iFix 5.8)

Three Little Birds Academy – Robotics Instructor 2016-2017

Taught young children between the ages of 5 and 8 to construct and program robotic devices.

Used programs such as: Lego WeDo, and Vex IQ kits for robotics lessons
